Nature is unforgiving

Nature can be tough to watch.  Seeing the bears, particularly as a family, is always a thrill.

And the elk cows have shed their winter coat, given birth and tucked their youngster into a safe place while they go forage for food, often never seeing them again.

I love nature – love the bears, the wolves, the coyotes…and am happy when they get food. But, not happy when the babies are killed.  Life is not perfect, neither in nature nor in human form.  We all have to survive….

  1. Deby, I didn’t look at your post until I finished mine. Looks like we were on kind of the same theme tonight. Love the grid looking up. We miss you!
